The Alpha Mercedes-Benz AMG M133 Carbon Fiber Performance Intake System greatly increases power by allowing the turbo to consume all of the cold air it requires. Additionally, it gives you the chance to hear the turbo spool up, which is something an enthusiast like you will appreciate.
Simple Upgrade, BIG Power Increase
The stock intake system had a significant amount of limitations, which our technical team identified right away. To address the issue, they created a smooth transition to a considerably larger filter. A sure sign that your standard intake filter is suffocating your M133 2.0L turbocharged engine is the excessive pressure drop, which we significantly decreased by increasing the size of your 2.6′′ factory inlet filter to a sturdy 4′′ design. You'll gain an extra 20+ HP only by adding this air intake modification on its own!
Smooth Design And Unobstructed Airflow
Your M133 2.0L turbocharged engine is equipped with a corrugated plastic air duct that obstructs airflow in an effort to reduce costs on the part of the manufacturer. It also has a large support "pillar" in the middle to prevent the weak plastic from collapsing, which reduces power output, and only serves to make issues worse. We got rid of these limitations with the Alpha Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake Duct, giving your engine all the air it requires!

Frequently, aftermarket intake systems have an open filter element that, by drawing hot air from the engine chamber, actually lowers horsepower. When the hood is open and cooler air is accessible, this can give you a boost in power on the dyno, but when the hood is closed, performance drops. As you shift through the gears of your Speedshift DCT 7-speed gearbox, you benefit from optimum power by fully using the cool outside air made available by our sealed air box and inlet design.

Simply take out the filter, regularly blow it off with compressed air, or wash it out and let it air dry. No extra chemicals or dirty oils are required.

Alpha Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG Carbon Fiber Performance Intake System requires no cutting or permanent modifications to your car. It simply bolts into the air box in 15 minutes or less.
NOTES
- The filters use specially designed media that allows performance and efficiency to be restored to near new each time by simply using compressed air (30-40 psi) from the inside out, making frequent washing unnecessary in order to restore filter performance. For deep cleaning from extreme environments, a biodegradable cleaner such as Simple Green or other mild shop degreasers can be used. Simply place the filter in a solution or spray the cleaner on the filter. Allow the solution to loosen the particulate and then rinse thoroughly. Shake the filter or use compressed air from the inside outward to remove residual water and allow a full 24 hours to dry.
- As these motorsports grade carbon fiber parts are hand-laid, slight imperfections or weave pattern variances can be expected.

Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
