Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.

Found an oil leak on one of the front suspension upon received the item. Unfortunately was unable to send it back for replacement due to clearance item and additional black friday sale.
This was the first time i ordered from Kami Speed. Their price was the best and customer service was top notch. They shipped out the coilovers fast and I was able to install them over the weekend. Couldnt be happier with this group and will absolutely be ordering more from them.
So far, i am loving the ohlins coilovers. They are a little harsher that i expected but its not bad and will definitely ease up with my winter setup.
