Presentamos una primicia mundial: un tubo de entrada turbo FK8 totalmente de carbono. Hemos invertido meses de intensa investigación y desarrollo en el desarrollo de una entrada que no deja lugar a concesiones. VOLUMEN – CALIDAD DEL FLUJO – TEMPERATURA son los 3 criterios principales de diseño que buscamos cumplir.
1) VOLUMEN: Diámetros de entrada – Eventuri 78 mm: Stock 63 mm. Al mantener el diámetro de la sección MAF desde la admisión hasta el tubo del turbo, hemos aumentado el área de la sección transversal en más de un 53 % para la mayor parte de la ruta del flujo de admisión al turbo. Claramente, con diámetros internos significativamente mayores, el tubo Eventuri encapsula un volumen interno mucho mayor que restringe la ruta del flujo hacia el turbo. Esto permite que el turbo funcione de manera más eficiente y alcance niveles máximos de impulso más rápido. También permite que el turbo funcione a su máxima potencia con menos carga de turbina.
2) CALIDAD DEL FLUJO: Tener solo un volumen interno grande no es bueno a menos que la ruta del flujo también permita un flujo de aire suave hacia el turbo. Mediante el uso de fibra de carbono preimpregnada de alta temperatura hemos conseguido conseguir una superficie interna lisa. Por el contrario, el tubo de entrada original está hecho de aluminio fundido que termina con una superficie interna rugosa. Esto, junto con la suave curvatura del codo, da como resultado una trayectoria de flujo que minimiza la turbulencia.
3) TEMPERATURA: El criterio final fue minimizar la conducción de calor hacia el flujo de aire. La entrada de stock está conectada directamente al turbo y, por lo tanto, conduce inmediatamente el calor a medida que el turbo gira. Nuestro sistema utiliza una brida mecanizada que se conecta al turbo y luego un acoplador de silicio con un espaciador térmico integrado para evitar que el codo de carbono tenga contacto directo con el turbo. Esta barrera, junto con la baja conductividad térmica de la fibra de carbono en todo el espesor, da como resultado que se transfiera menos calor al flujo de aire.

Orders over $500 will ship insured and over $1,000 with signature and insurance in order to guarantee delivery. Orders over $1000 may not be able to ship to a different address not listed as the billing address or confirm payment address from the form of payment used. Orders with suite numbers, different billing, or apartment numbers will require signature if valued over $100.
All international orders outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes fees per your countries jurisdiction and determined by customs.

Processing and logistics on in stock international orders can take up to 7 business days to process & ship.
In stock, non special order items can be returned within 30 days of the product arriving to your house or place of work.
Returns will NOT be accepted on Clearance Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, Opened, Installed, Incomplete, or Otherwise Used Products. In order to initiate a return, an RMA number must be requested and approved via e-mail. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee minus complete shipping cost (roundtrip).
Any processed orders that have not shipped will incur a 6% cancelation refund fee unless the product was not available to ship within a timely manner. No fee will be incurred if used as store credit.
